My experiences, education, and heartfelt compassion enables me to offer effective, individualized, and meaningful services.

I believe people are worth investing in. I believe people need a safe space to explore their lives, their memories, their relationships,

their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

My office is your safe space and I am on your side. This exploration with a trusted professional is the beginning to healing and thriving. Asking for help on your life's journey is not easy, but getting the help you need is life changing.

It is in building trusting, honest, confidential relationships with my clients that they feel free to explore themselves, their life,

and begin the journey to healing.

I can help you with these symptoms and guide you through the process to serenity and healing.

Relationships and Sex Therapy

Relationship and Sex Therapy counseling can be very beneficial to individuals, couples, partners and families who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, understand themselves and one another,

and set healthy boundaries.

Therapy sessions are held in a supportive neutral space to discuss issues and solutions to better the situation and

move in a new direction with better understanding and skills.
