Grief, Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful loss and traumatic circumstances. The long term effects from loss, trauma and abuse can feel inescapable.
Nightmares, Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events.
I can help you with these symptoms and guide you through the process to serenity and healing.

Relationships and Sex Therapy
Relationship and Sex Therapy counseling can be very beneficial to individuals, couples, partners and families who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, understand themselves and one another,
and set healthy boundaries.
Therapy sessions are held in a supportive neutral space to discuss issues and solutions to better the situation and
move in a new direction with better understanding and skills.
Sex Positive therapy and non-heteronormative relationships welcome. People define their relationship, and I am here to help all types of relationships, couples, people, polyamories, open partnerships, ... Love is Love.
